Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a skilled procurement professional to expand partnerships, manage supplier governance, and drive revenue growth across the portfolio. You will support governance processes, align stakeholders, and track performance metrics to ensure execution aligns with business objectives.

The role involves collaboration with senior leadership, travel up to 10%, and opportunities to influence strategic supplier initiatives within the Reyes Family of Businesses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of related experience or High School Diploma with 9+ years of specific experience.
• Master’s Degree/MBA preferred

Responsibilities

• Support the identification of new partnership opportunities, relationship management strategies, and innovation initiatives beyond the existing portfolio to drive revenue growth.
• Assist in defining and managing supplier top to top relationship and governance structure to enhance collaboration and accountability.
• Work with the Director in developing agendas, establishing discussion priorities, capturing meeting minutes, and tracking action items across the governance model.
• Gather internal stakeholder insights and collaborate with suppliers to align on key initiatives, performance metrics, and strategic priorities.
• Evaluate, validate, and process supplier pricing changes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives. Establish performance objectives, track progress, and ensure consistent execution across supplier partnerships and programs.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
• Other duties as assigned
