Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a skilled professional for a strategic supplier relations role, focusing on identifying new partnerships and driving revenue growth. The position involves governance of top-to-top supplier relationships, tracking actions, and aligning initiatives with stakeholders.

The role requires a bachelor's degree with extensive related experience (or equivalent) and may prefer a master's/MBA. Travel up to 10% is expected, and a broad benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related experience.
• High School Diploma with 9+ years of related experience.
• Master’s Degree/MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support identification of new partnership opportunities, relationship management strategies, and initiatives beyond the existing portfolio to drive revenue growth.
• Assist in defining and managing supplier top-to-top relationship and governance structure to enhance collaboration and accountability.
• Work with the Director in developing agendas, establishing discussion priorities, capturing meeting minutes, and tracking action items across the governance model.
• Gather internal stakeholder insights and collaborate with suppliers to align on key initiatives, performance metrics, and strategic priorities.
• Evaluate, validate, and process supplier pricing changes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives. Establish performance objectives, track progress, and ensure consistent execution across supplier partnerships and programs.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years experience

High School Diploma with 9+ years specific experience
