Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a senior procurement professional in Texas to drive partner opportunities and governance with key suppliers. The role focuses on pricing validation, performance tracking, and strategic alignment across teams.

The candidate will influence revenue growth, manage governance structures, and travel up to 10% to meet suppliers and stakeholders. A strong background in procurement and relationship management is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of related experience or High School Diploma/ GED with 9+ years of specific experience.
• Master’s Degree/MBA preferred.
• Experience in supplier management and governance is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support the identification of new partnership opportunities, relationship management strategies, and innovation initiatives beyond the existing portfolio to drive revenue growth
• Assist in defining and managing supplier top to top relationship and governance structure to enhance collaboration and accountability
• Work with the Director in developing agendas, establishing discussion priorities, capturing meeting minutes, and tracking action items across the governance model.
• Gather internal stakeholder insights and collaborate with suppliers to align on key initiatives, performance metrics, and strategic priorities
• Evaluate, validate, and process supplier pricing changes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives. Establish performance objectives, track progress, and ensure consistent execution across supplier partnerships and programs.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
• Other duties as assigned

Location: Depending on business needs, this position may have the opportunity to be based out of another RBG facility.
