Reyes Holdings is seeking a capable procurement professional to support partnership development and governance across supplier networks. You will help identify opportunities to grow revenue and manage top-to-top relationships with key suppliers.

The role involves coordinating with leadership to define agendas, capture meeting outcomes, and ensure alignment on performance metrics. Travel up to 10% is expected, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related experience, or High School Diploma with 9+ years of specific experience.
• Master’s Degree/MBA preferred.
• Strong ability to manage partnerships, supplier pricing, and governance processes.

Location: Depending on business needs, this position may have the opportunity to be based out of another RBG facility.

Compensation: Competitive salary with flexibility based on experience, qualifications, and skills.

Position Responsibilities:

• Support the identification of new partnership opportunities, relationship management strategies, and innovation initiatives beyond the existing portfolio to drive revenue growth
• Assist in defining and managing supplier top to top relationship and governance structure to enhance collaboration and accountability
• Work with the Director in developing agendas, establishing discussion priorities, capturing meeting minutes, and tracking action items across the governance model.
• Gather internal stakeholder insights and collaborate with suppliers to align on key initiatives, performance metrics, and strategic priorities
• Evaluate, validate, and process supplier pricing changes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives. Establish performance objectives, track progress, and ensure consistent execution across supplier partnerships and programs.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 plus years of specific experience
