Wesley Family Services seeks a Manager – Psychiatric Nursing to oversee nursing operations across our schools and outpatient services. You will supervise psychiatric nurses at multiple sites and provide nursing consultation to physicians, CRNPs, and program leadership to support best-practice care for students/consumers.
The role requires RN or BSN, 3+ years psychiatric nursing and 2+ years supervisory experience, and PA licensing/clearances (Act 33/34, FBI).
The Manager – Psychiatric Nursing provides oversight of nursing operations throughout the agency’s schools and outpatient services and provides direct supervision of program-level Psychiatric Nurses located at multiple sites. The incumbent provides nursing consultation to physicians, Certified Registered Nurse Practitioners (CRNPs), Directors, Assistant Directors, Program Managers, treatment team members, and the Medical Director as needed. The position includes providing nursing services for students/consumers. The Manager – Psychiatric Nursing uses medical/clinical skills to ensure best practice nursing, medical, and clinical services and assists with removing medically related barriers to the academic and behavioral progress of students/consumers.
