Job summary

Bell Leadership Institute is seeking a Manager, Programs, Events & Client Services to lead end-to-end delivery of open enrollment leadership programs. You will coordinate logistics, engage with clients, and work with Bell trainers to ensure exceptional participant experiences.

The role blends project management, client relationship management, and operations. It requires on-site work in Chapel Hill with occasional evenings and travel across the U.S. to client sites.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in program management, project management, client services, event management, operations, or a related professional role.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and comfort learning CRM/business systems.
  • Ability to work on-site in Chapel Hill with occasional evening hours during program delivery and some travel for programs at client sites throughout the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Program Management: Manage end-to-end coordination of Bell's Open Enrollment leadership programs and coordinate logistics for assigned custom leadership programs.
  • Provide program management and logistical support for select Bell speaking engagements, conferences, and other external events and exposure opportunities.
  • Manage registrations, participant communications, schedules, materials, facilities, vendors, and program resources.
  • Monitor program execution and proactively resolve issues.
  • Maintain program documentation, reports, budgets, and records.
  • Client Experience: Serve as a primary point of contact for participants and client organizations and build trusted relationships.
  • Ensure every participant receives a high-quality experience.
  • Business Development Support: Support client outreach and follow-up communications, recognize opportunities to strengthen client relationships.
  • Identify future program opportunities and coordinate strategic speaking engagements and conference visibility.
  • Partner with Bell's business development and marketing team and work with Bell trainers during programs.

What You'll Do
Program Management
