KPMG is seeking a Manager Program Control to join our Federal Advisory organization.

Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee Program Control activities, including budgeting, forecasting, engagement financial management, and provide expertise to Program Controllers.
  2. Serve as a source of expertise and escalation for junior Program Controllers, training and enabling project controllers on financials and management tools.
  3. Consult with sector and account leadership to deliver analysis, reporting, and expertise on engagement financial management.
  4. Contribute to project management and operations strategies, supporting leadership initiatives.
  5. Support weekly pipeline and bookings reporting, quarterly commit analysis, and briefings to leadership.
  6. Develop and facilitate training materials for engagement financial management and program controller development.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum of ten years of professional experience in operations, financials, or consulting, with familiarity with federal contracts and FAR.
  2. Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience.
  3. Previous managerial experience, collaboration skills, and advisory capacity regarding contractual and compliance issues.
  4. Experience with Costpoint or Cognos, federal contracts, and budgeting/forecasting.
  5. Excellent communication skills for dealing with management and staff on complex issues.
  6. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
