Qualifications

• Familiarity with Destiny One registration systems
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential projects with discretion and independence
• Familiarity with University Information Systems such as Workday
• Ability to work outside of normal hours
• Entrepreneurial with strong knowledge of instructional design principles and IT
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis and recommendations
• Excellent project management and ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and implementation of professional-credit programs
• Develop content and learning experiences across modalities
• Gather learning needs, timelines, and outcomes from stakeholders
• Ensure course design meets accessibility standards and best practices
• Manage Canvas LMS subaccounts for experts, staff, and students
• Support Canvas, Panopto, Zoom, and other edtech tools
• Oversee digital-resource training, and scalable learning solutions
• Manage Destiny One registration and reporting for courses and certificates
• Oversee learner portal for external registrations, payments, and accounts
• Set up course sections, enrollments, and revenue distribution
• Generate reports on enrollment trends, revenue, and program success
• Provide instructor training in platform use and course design
• Design and deliver technology workshops for internal and external audiences
• Develop and maintain training materials and documentation
• Collaborate across units to align learning initiatives
• Represent the school in national discussions on online learning and workforce development
• Partner with IT and vendors to maintain tools
• Perform other duties supporting CAPS leadership, staff, and students

Requirements
