Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Health Science educator to instruct college students, develop curricula, and assess learning outcomes. The role supports program evaluation and college activities while ensuring alignment with mission and strategic goals.

The position requires Master’s or Doctoral degree in Health Science, proficiency with Canvas LMS and MS Office, and flexibility for evenings/weekends. Strong communication and proofreading skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Health Science or related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Professional or similar applications.
• Ability to utilize Canvas LMS and other instructional technologies.
• Ability to interact positively with diverse populations and varying education levels.
• Ability to work a fluctuating schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Attached official transcripts or unofficial copies required.
• U.S. degrees must be conferred by an accredited institution.
• Foreign degrees must be evaluated by a NACES member with report attached.
• Must pass a drug test and criminal background check if required.
• Ability to read and proofread documents for accuracy.

• U.S. degrees must be conferred by an institution accredited by an organization recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation


• Foreign degrees must be validated by a National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) member, with evaluation report attached before the application closing date


• Must pass a drug test and complete a criminal background investigation if required


• Ability to reach and grasp objects; stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl


• Use of video display terminal and manual dexterity/fine motor skills


• Ability to communicate and receive information orally and in writing


• Ability to proofread and check documents for accuracy
