Summary

The Product Manager is a brand ambassador and business leader responsible for owning and driving the Handbags and Small Leather Goods category within the boutique. This role coaches and develops a diverse sales team, partners with the Boutique Director, and delivers elevated client experiences while managing category performance and assortment planning.

Responsibilities

• Coach, inspire, and develop boutique sales teams to deliver exceptional client service
• Provide initial and ongoing training on product knowledge, CHANEL savoir faire, and service delivery
• Drive all aspects of the assigned product category including analysis, reporting, and assortment planning
• Partner with Home Office buying team and apply KPIs to improve team and business performance
• Represent the brand in market through community involvement, partnerships, and events
• Maintain boutique image and operational standards through regular in-store presence

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong communication and people leadership skills
• Passion for client experience and the CHANEL brand
• Ability to lift 15 lbs and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required
