Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Product Manager for the Handbags and Small Leather Goods category in our Dallas boutique. The role requires in-store presence to uphold boutique image, deliver an elevated client experience, and achieve sales objectives.

The candidate will coach a sales team, own assortment planning and reporting, and collaborate with the home office buying team on merchandising decisions while developing the local client base through partnerships and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client experience skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays and lift up to 15 lbs.
