Job summary

Ro is looking for an operations specialist to own and continuously improve processes that support our frontline teams, partnering across functions to drive efficiency and consistency. You will run day‑to‑day onboarding for clinical and non‑clinical frontline staff, delivering a smooth new hire experience with multiple internal teams.

You will also own the frontline support desk, resolve tickets within SLA, and strengthen self‑service to reduce recurring needs.
