Job summary

Ro is seeking a Manager, Practice Operations to lead and optimize the processes that empower our frontline teams across clinical and non-clinical areas. You will coordinate onboarding, support desks, and performance cadences in partnership with People and Data teams.

You bring 5+ years in healthcare operations, a knack for automating workflows, and hands-on project management. You will help scale operations while maintaining a high-quality frontline experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in healthcare operations.
• Strong project management and coordination skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Track record of improving, automating, and building processes.
• Experience using automation and technology to streamline operational workflows; Airtable is a plus.
• A proactive, resourceful, and helpful approach—when gaps are identified, you close them.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve operational processes that support Ro’s frontline teams.
• Run day-to-day onboarding for clinical and non-clinical frontline teams with cross-functional collaboration.
• Execute high-priority special projects, turning goals into plans and driving work to completion.
• Own and operate the frontline 'support desk' and resolve service tickets within SLA while promoting self-service.
