Qualifications

• 6-8 years owning or managing digital products in regulated healthcare.
• Working knowledge of enterprise systems, data platforms, cloud tech, and integrations.
• Understand SDLC, agile practices, and technology risk management.
• Able to translate scientific needs into technology requirements.
• Experience in regulated environments (medical devices, pharma, life sciences).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and leadership without authority.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for Medical Affairs technology solutions.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality and IT to translate needs into roadmaps.
• Define roadmaps, backlogs, and success metrics aligned with compliance.
• Lead AI, analytics, and automation to modernize R&D platforms.
• Balance value, risk, cost, and feasibility in prioritization decisions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and data privacy in solutions.
• Collaborate with delivery teams using agile/hybrid methods.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships and drive adoption.
