Responsibilities

• Oversees operations within practices.
• Provides leadership and supervision around practice operations.
• Ensures patient access, financial performance, efficient operations, effective growth, colleague development, and optimal patient experience.
• Maintains compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines as well as LVHN policies and training.
• Communicates financial information and patient volume to relevant stakeholders.
• Supports budget development processes and monitors expenses.
• Monitors trends in patient experience and performs service recovery duties.
• Supports high quality patient-centered care and implements quality initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an associate's degree with previous physician practice management experience required.
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in healthcare required
• Supervisory experience directing other's work required
• Ability to lead and coach staff while simultaneously functioning as member of a team
• Ability to initiate, accept, and adapt to change
• Excellent computer skills including electronic medical record (EMR) and Microsoft Office suite
• Demonstrated strong leadership, communication skills, and mature emotional intelligence
• Demonstrated financial skills including budget, budget variance analysis, and action plans
• Demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders to achieve goals
• Direct knowledge of practice management system or equivalent analytics software experience
