About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager, People Operations to serve as the operational backbone of our global People function. You will lead part of the People Operations team, driving systems, policies, and programs that shape the day-to-day employee experience at scale. Success in this role requires a passion for people, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to streamline complexity. Compensation Range: $125K - $165K
