Job summary

Thumbtack is seeking a Senior Leader to partner across strategy, programs, and operations. You will own a portfolio of strategic initiatives that accelerate partnership growth, from concept through launch, and influence the broader Partner Operations foundations.

This role requires 5+ years in strategy and operations and 2+ years in people management, with strong analytical rigor to drive cross-functional impact in a fast-paced marketplace.
