Job summary

1-800-Flowers.Com, Inc. in New York, NY is seeking a Manager, Paid Search to lead customer acquisition and retention initiatives through SEM and Shopping campaigns.

You will own marketplace paid programs with Amazon and Walmart and collaborate with account managers to seize opportunities. Ideal candidates have a Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications or a related field and at least two years in Paid Search leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Integrated Marketing Communications or closely related field is required.
• Two years of experience as Paid Search Coordinator or related role is required.
• Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Amazon, Walmart paid programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of marketing initiatives focused on customer acquisition and retention via Search Engine Marketing and Shopping campaigns.
• Manage strategy and optimizations for marketplace paid programs (Amazon, Walmart).
• Manage comparison shopping engine paid programs and coordinate with account managers for opportunities and execution.
• Coordinate marketing efforts with creative, finance, legal, and merchandising departments, and with agency partners.
• Work with Accounts Payable to reconcile month-end spend.

Requires 2 years of experience working with (1) Google Ads (Search), Microsoft Ads (Bing), Amazon (Search-led Retail Media), Walmart Connect, LinkedIn Ads, Meta (Facebooks ads), (2) Google Analytics and Contentstack, (3) Amazon and Walmart paid programs.
