• Lead development of paid search initiatives for customer acquisition and retention through SEM and Shopping campaigns.
• Oversee strategy and optimizations for marketplace paid programs (Amazon, Walmart).
• Manage comparison shopping engine paid programs and coordinate with account managers for opportunities and execution.
• Collaborate with creative, finance, legal, and merchandising teams; coordinate with agency partners.
• Work with Accounts Payable to reconcile month-end spend.
