Job summary

1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC seeks a Manager, Paid Search in New York, NY to lead customer acquisition/retention initiatives through SEM and Shopping campaigns. You will manage marketplace paid programs (Amazon, Walmart) and coordinate with agency partners and internal teams.

Requires a Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications and 2 years of Paid Search experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Amazon/Walmart ads, and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications or closely related field and two years of experience in Paid Search.
• Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Amazon and Walmart paid programs; and analytics tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of marketing initiatives for customer acquisition and retention via SEM and Shopping campaigns.
• Manage strategy and optimizations for marketplace paid programs (Amazon, Walmart).
• Oversee comparison shopping engine paid programs and coordinate with account managers for opportunities.
• Coordinate marketing efforts with creative, finance, legal and merchandising; collaborate with agency partners.
• Work with Accounts Payable to reconcile month-end spend.

Manage strategy and optimizations for marketplace paid program (Amazon, Walmart). Manage comparison shopping engine paid programs and work closely with account managers for opportunities and execution. Coordinate marketing efforts with creative, finance, legal, and merchandising departments, coordinate with agency partners. Work with Accounts Payable to reconcile month end spend.

Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Integrated Marketing Communications or a closely related field, plus two (2) years of experience as Paid Search Coordinator or a related role. Requires 2 years of experience working with (1) Google Ads (Search), Microsoft Ads (Bing), Amazon (Search-led Retail Media), Walmart Connect, LinkedIn Ads, Meta (Facebooks ads), (2) Google Analytics and Contentstack, (3) Amazon and Walmart paid programs.
