Mass General Brigham seeks a logistics operations leader to manage day-to-day support, oversee budgets for parts, shipping, and equipment storage, and steer vendor contracts. You will mentor staff, lead operational projects, and partner with department leadership to optimize space and efficiency at the Blossom Street campus.
The role requires 5–7 years in hospital support or biomedical operations, plus 2–3 years in people management.

Manage day-to-day logistical support operations and staff. Monitor departmental parts and repair budgets, making cost-effective decisions and recommendations through oversight and approvals. Oversee vendor contracts and service agreements. Work with department leadership and others to plan and execute operational strategies for shipping/receiving and staging logistics and improvements to our support services. Manage our departmental support space plan for optimizing needs. Mentor and develop operations support staff. Participate in and/or lead department and entity-based committees and teams. Leads projects, processes and staff for operations support of the department.
