Eyefinity, Inc. seeks a Manager, Operations to oversee centralized operations for Ventures and acquired practices, defining and optimizing processes, systems, and procedures with internal and external partners to enable best-practice operations.

The role also manages centralized PMS software, improves care efficiencies, and drives supply chain planning and vendor management. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience with responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of direct reports.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of third-party plan configuration and revenue cycle management and insurance credentialing.
  • Familiar with optical industry practices and procedures; POS systems and inventory management.
  • Strong business acumen including experience with KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Experience in the optometric industry with understanding of optical office flow, software, planning and supply chain management.
  • Proven experience managing external vendors, employees and products at multiple locations.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and communicate changes; develop growth plans; meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Define, implement and optimize central operational processes, systems and procedures across Ventures and acquired practices.
  • Oversee centralized practice management software and manage legacy software during transitions.
  • Drive care-focused efficiencies, best practices and high-quality eye care across practices.
  • Collaborate with partners to innovate processes in supply chain planning and operations.
  • Manage continual improvement of supply chain, software/hardware, vendor management and PMS software.
  • Forecast staffing needs as Ventures grows and expands locations.
  • Align product price and availability analysis with market differentiation and profitability.

## Manager, OperationsApply: Remote: Remote US: Full time: Posted Yesterday: R-9997Responsible for centralized operations for Ventures and the current and future acquired practices. The position will have broad responsibility for managing people, processes, and systems related to Venture’s central operations.Defines, plans, implements and optimizes central operational processes, systems, and procedures, working in collaboration with internal and external business partners to create the best practice operations in the industry.Oversees the implementation, updates, administration and monitoring of the centralized practice management software used at all Ventures practices – additionally, oversees the management of the practices’ prior software until changed.Drives care-focused efficiencies, best practices, and highest quality eye care across Ventures practices in partnership with other internal and external business partners.Works closely with business partners to create process innovation in all areas of supply chain planning & operations while building efficiencies and scale across the business. Manages and drives the continual improvement of supply chain, centralized software and hardware, vendor management, and PMS software. Oversees and forecasts additional employee needs as Ventures grows and expands locations. Defines, implements and ensures product price and availability optimization analysis. Establishes clear, concise market differentiation from competitors through efficiencies, service, patient focus, and overall expertise.
