Job summary

ReferPro in Utah seeks a hands-on Manager of Onboarding to lead a growing team responsible for delivering first value to new customers. You will own the onboarding strategy, ensure accurate launches, and drive measurable outcomes with SLA adherence.

You will coach Onboarding Managers, run weekly reviews, and partner with the VP of Customer Experience to scale the program while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.

• Excellent communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding strategy, team, and SLA.
• Ensure launch readiness and go-live accuracy.
• Lead weekly project reviews and forecasts.
• Develop and coach Onboarding Managers.
• Manage risk and escalation before launches.
• Deliver clean handoffs to Customer Success.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and process improvements.
