Job Description

Sofive Soccer Centers is a rapidly growing business that is developing soccer centers – modern sport complexes with small-sided soccer fields. The Manager on Duty is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Sofive Soccer facility while ensuring that customer needs are met. This position requires a person with communication, leadership, and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations and staff in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Overview, plan, monitor, and schedule all soccer programs, ensuring smooth and efficient operational procedures enabling Sofive Soccer Centers to provide the highest level of customer service.
• Responds to customer inquiries, complaints, and problems in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensures that all employees comply with company policies and procedures.
• Monitors inventory levels, restocking supplies when necessary.
• Encourages teamwork and provides guidance and support to staff.
• Coordinates with other departments to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
• Implements and maintains safety procedures for staff and customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
