Sofive Soccer Centers is seeking a Manager on Duty to oversee daily operations at our Chicago-area facilities and ensure outstanding customer service. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills to keep programs running smoothly.

You will supervise staff, coordinate programs and safety procedures, handle inquiries, and collaborate with departments to improve efficiency. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations and staff in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Plan, monitor, and schedule all soccer programs, ensuring smooth operational procedures and high customer service.
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and problems in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure employees comply with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies when necessary.
• Encourage teamwork and provide guidance and support to staff.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
• Implement and maintain safety procedures for staff and customers.

Job Description:

Sofive Soccer Centers is a rapidly growing business that is developing soccer centers – modern sport complexes with small-sided soccer fields. The Manager on Duty is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Sofive Soccer facility while ensuring that customer needs are met. This position requires a person with communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:
