Job Description

The Manager on Duty oversees daily operations of a Sofive Soccer facility, ensuring customer needs are met with communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and staff in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Plan, monitor, and schedule all soccer programs ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and problems in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure all employees comply with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies when necessary.
• Encourage teamwork and provide guidance and support to staff.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
• Implement and maintain safety procedures for staff and customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
