Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States seeks a directing supervisor to lead field service teams and oversee staffing within the assigned area. You will monitor discipline, ensure daily customer feedback, and liaise with upper management to align operations with security standards.

The role requires airline pricing experience, weekend availability, and a college degree or equivalent. You will champion safety, quality, and employee relations while ensuring audits and site security plans are followed.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of previous management/specialist supervisory experience in field service duties.
• College degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Airline pricing experience is preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), holidays and days off.

Responsibilities

• Directing supervisory personnel within assigned functional area.
• Overseeing and advising on staffing requirements.
• Monitor/administer discipline/corrective action by or for subordinates.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by daily feedback.
• Acting as liaison between first level supervisor and upper management.
• Proactively monitoring the work of assigned employees to ensure that customer satisfaction, safety, security, quality and employee relations meet or exceed standards.
• Maintaining and controlling all required aspects of the operation in accordance with the corporate security program and TSA legislation.
• Ensuring that the required company audit requirements are undertaken to ensure continuity and compliance at all times.
• Clarifying the implementation of site‑specific security plan and ensuring all WFS staff are issued with relevant company ID.
