Job description

Manager of Strategic Partnerships – GMR Membership

Location: Remote - (Only considering candidates that live in Nevada, Arizona, or Colorado.)

This territory includes the following states: AZ, CA, CO, NV, AK, HI, ID, IA, MN, MT, NE, NM, ND, OR, SD, UT, and WY.

The Manager of Strategic Partnerships serves as a membership liaison to new and existing municipal site plans, insurance brokers, and select health systems. The Manager will collaborate with operational leadership to develop requests for proposal for new and existing air and ground membership offerings. Responsibilities include maintaining positive customer relations, high service standards, and identifying new business opportunities.

The AirMedCare Network (AMCN) is part of Global Medical Response (GMR) — the largest medical transportation company globally. AMCN provides emergency and patient relocation services across the U.S., offering membership programs including emergent air, Fly-U-Home, and ground ambulance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work with senior leadership to develop and support membership solutions aligning with GMR growth initiatives.
  2. Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing brokers.
  3. Collaborate with operational leadership to gather data and prepare proposals for municipal and other customer plans.
  4. Quote and propose new municipal site plans, seeking approval from the National Director of Field Sales based on strategic value.
  5. Renew existing municipal site plans through communication with municipal leaders via phone, email, or in person.
  6. Build relationships with health system personnel to promote membership and identify new business opportunities.
  7. Coordinate with operations and sales teams to develop strategic B2B accounts aligned with organizational goals.
  8. Gather competitive intelligence to understand market dynamics in the assigned area.
  9. Present a professional image to create value and build confidence in AMCN services.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or higher preferred; HS diploma or equivalent required. Related experience considered.
  • At least 3 years of outside sales experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate or advanced).
  • Willingness to travel 50-65% of the time.
