Job summary

Ascension Living is seeking a dedicated revenue cycle leader to oversee Medicare billing and coding compliance in a fully remote role. You will manage denials, ADR responses, and audits to safeguard revenue and cash flow.

The position emphasizes establishing robust metrics and workflows, mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with CMS regulations. A strong background in Medicare and healthcare finance is required.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

Education

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences

• Accountant preferred.
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
