Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Manager of Financial Operations to lead daily accounting operations during a major ERP transformation. The role oversees AP, AR, cash operations, reconciliations, transaction processing, and the month-end close while integrating systems.

The ideal candidate brings strong operations experience, the ability to manage high-volume transactions, and collaboration with the Controller and CFO to improve processes and staffing. North Shore, MA onsite.

• Strong accounting operations professional with experience in high-volume transactional environments.
• Proven ability to lead daily accounting operations and oversee AP/AR cycles.
• Capable of guiding month-end close and reconciliations during ERP change.
• Experience partnering with controllers/CFOs to implement process improvements.

This role oversees core accounting activities including AP, AR, cash operations, bank reconciliations, transaction processing, month-end close, and system integrations. The organization is currently undergoing a major ERP conversion, creating an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys improving processes, solving problems, and bringing structure to complex environments.

The ideal candidate is a strong accounting operations professional who understands high-volume transactional accounting and is ready to make an immediate impact.
