Job summary

TriSource LLC is seeking a hands-on Controller (functionally an Accounting Manager) to lead accounting operations and partner with the CFO during growth. The role focuses on close processes, GAAP compliance, and building a scalable finance function to support mission-critical environments.

The ideal candidate has a CPA or progress toward one, strong FP&A partnership, and experience overseeing multi-entity accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• Progressive accounting experience with ownership of key processes; prior team leadership a plus.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP with experience in financial reporting, month-end close, GL management, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• ERP experience (NetSuite preferred) and ability to build scalable accounting practices.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills; exposure to multi-entity environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and maintenance of strong accounting controls.
• Partner with the CFO to improve accounting processes, reporting capabilities, and financial infrastructure.
• Manage revenue recognition, deferred revenue accounting, and compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Own cash flow forecasting, treasury activities, banking relationships, and debt covenant reporting.
• Oversee sales tax compliance, fixed asset accounting, and coordination of audits and tax filings.
• Optimize NetSuite and other financial systems to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Mentor and develop accounting team members while supporting day-to-day accounting operations.

What You’ll Own

What We’d Like
