Job summary

St. Croix Hospice in Missouri is seeking a compassionate Manager of Clinical Services to lead a clinical team delivering patient-centered end-of-life care.

You will shape care plans, mentor future leaders, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to uphold excellence and empathy in every patient interaction. You will oversee coordination of patient care, assign cases, support clinicians with guidance, conduct reviews and audits, and drive staff development and performance improvement

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associates, Bachelors, or Masters).
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Experience in hospice or home health care and supervisory/management roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination of patient care and assign appropriate staff to each case.
• Support clinicians with real-time guidance, mentoring, and clinical problem-solving.
• Conduct case reviews, home visits, and clinical audits to ensure high-quality care.
• Manage hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of clinical staff.
• Assist in ongoing staff education, orientation, and performance improvement efforts.
