Job summary

St. Croix Hospice in Mequon, WI is seeking a Manager of Clinical Services (RN) to lead a dedicated clinical team delivering expert, patient-centered hospice care.

You will partner with an interdisciplinary group to shape care plans, mentor leaders, and ensure the highest standards of comfort, dignity, and empathy. Ideal candidate holds an RN license with 2+ years hospice or home health experience and demonstrated supervisory skills; you will oversee staffing, provide real-time clinical guidance,

Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associates, Bachelors, or Masters)
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• 2+ years of hospice or home health clinical experience required
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience required
• Oversee coordination of patient care and assign appropriate staff to each case
• Support clinicians with real-time guidance, mentoring, and clinical problem-solving
• Conduct case reviews, home visits, and clinical audits to ensure high-quality care
• Manage hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of clinical staff
• Assist in ongoing staff education, orientation, and performance improvement efforts
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance
