Job description

We are looking for a Manager of Client success who will work to lead their CS team in alignment with Koble’s mission statement and broader business goals. The manager will lead by example and passionately believe in and execute on Koble’s core value of “Blessing the Customer”

Location
Lancaster PA or Moscow ID with possible remote options

As a Manager of Client Success you would:

  • Take ownership of your CS team’s retention and renewal goals.

  • Bring coaching to the team, helping them achieve their objectives.

  • Communicate and problem solve with our Product and Engineering teams.

  • Lead positively, leaning into change when it's for the betterment of the company and our clients.

  • Provide the team with the tools they need in order to succeed.

  • Manage strategic clients as needed.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced and knowledgeable in customer service.

  • Confident in leading a team through change.

  • Able to de-escalate clients and coach team members in this skill.

  • Focused on customer satisfaction and company goals over rote process.

  • Willing to directly manage and serve clients as needed.
