About the Role

As an N2S Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our Fortune 500 accounts, understanding their staffing requirements, and ensuring the successful placement of qualified candidates. You will play a crucial role in building strong client relationships and contributing to the growth and success of N2S.

Location

Remote from Charlotte, NC

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Staffing & Recruiting industry and 5+ years in account management.
• Started career with hands-on recruiting, progressed to account/client relationship management.
• Strong understanding of VMS and MSP accounts.
• Experience with Hybrid/Offshore delivery models is a plus.
• Proven staffing, recruiting, and account management experience supporting MSP programs.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment; self-motivated.
• Proficiency in ATS and relevant software.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Fortune 500 clients.
• Build long-term partnerships and understand client challenges.
• Expand market share and establish trust as a staffing supplier.
• Qualify job orders and coordinate with delivery teams.
• Present candidates, gather feedback, and coordinate interviews and onboarding.
• Manage activities using CRM/ATS (Job Diva).
• Conduct client visits to strengthen relationships and gather business leads.

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to travel locally and support clients from their offices.
• Availability to work outside regular hours if needed.
