We are seeking a dedicated, proactive, community-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in community health work, care navigation, SaaS software implementation, and account management, who is passionate about client satisfaction and success.

About The Role

Job Title: Customer Success Manager

Type: Full-Time

Pay: $70,000 - $85,000

Location: Remote (Pacific Standard Timezone preferred)

Reports To: Sr. Customer Success Manager

Job Overview

We seek a proactive, community-oriented Customer Success Manager to guide clients through platform implementation and optimization, foster relationships, and enhance customer engagement and retention. Prior knowledge of community-based practices will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, providing support and guidance.
  • Manage implementation and configuration of SaaS solutions.
  • Develop deep knowledge of our platform to address inquiries and troubleshoot.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins to review usage and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to meet client needs.
  • Deliver training and educational materials to clients.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and report on them.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in SaaS implementation, account management, and platform configuration.
  • Background in community health work is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM and relevant software tools.
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.

Compensation

The pay range for this role is $70,000 - $85,000 USD per year. (Remote)
