Ascentria Care Alliance seeks a Manager of Administrative Operations in Worcester, MA to lead day-to-day administrative and office operations in an onsite capacity. You will supervise, coach, and develop Administrative Office staff while coordinating reception and ensuring a welcoming experience for employees, visitors, clients, vendors, and community partners.
You will oversee office services, spaces, and resources, coordinate facility services and vendor contracts, and manage access records.

Salary: $54,000–$66,000 annually
