Job summary

Providence St. Peter Hospital is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead the clinical and operational management of assigned patient care areas, ensuring delivery of high-quality care and service.

You will develop and engage caregivers, drive patient quality outcomes and satisfaction, and support department goals and objectives, reporting directly to the Director of Acute Care Nursing. This role emphasizes a culture of understanding, commitment, and mutual respect.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• At least 3 years acute care professional experience within the last 7 years.

Responsibilities include caregiver development and engagement, patient quality outcomes and satisfaction, department operations and supporting department goals and objectives. This position reports directly to the Director of Acute Care Nursing.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degreein Nursing
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Nursing or related field.
• Supervisory experience at Charge Nurse level or higher.
