Job summary

The Clinical Manager is responsible for the clinical and operational management of assigned patient care areas of responsibility to promote the delivery of the highest quality care and service. Responsibilities include caregiver development and engagement, patient quality outcomes and satisfaction, department operations and supporting department goals and objectives. This position reports directly to the Director of Acute Care Nursing.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • At least 3 years acute care professional experience within the last 7 years.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Supervisory experience at Charge Nurse level or higher.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
