EisnerAmper is seeking a Manager for our National Tax Office. The ideal candidate thrives in a growing environment and provides exceptional client service. The role offers training, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement and growth.
Research and analyze federal income tax issues, including partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, timing issues, accounting methods, digital assets, and other matters.
Assist with M&A tax structuring and internal restructuring.
Draft emails and memos.
Draft firm-wide alerts on current federal income tax developments.
Assist with firm-wide federal income tax training sessions.
Support federal domestic tax due diligence related to M&A transactions.
4+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience (large law firm, accounting firm, or IRS preferred).
J.D. and Tax LL.M.
Experience with partnerships, S corporations, and C corporations.
Strong analytical and writing skills.
Proficiency with tax research databases (e.g., Bloomberg BNA, RIA Checkpoint).

In Minnesota and Illinois, the expected salary range is $110,000 to $170,000. In other locations, the range may vary based on market differences, with the actual salary determined by experience and other factors.
New York
For NYC and California, the expected salary range is $85,000 to $150,000. The range may vary elsewhere based on market differences, with actual compensation based on experience and other factors.
