EisnerAmper is seeking a Manager to join our National Tax Office. We are looking for someone who thrives in a growing environment and provides clients with exceptional services. This individual will receive training and mentorship, along with opportunities for advancement and growth.
Researching and analyzing various federal income tax issues, including partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, timing issues, and accounting methods, digital assets, and other matters.
Assisting with M&A tax structuring and internal restructuring.
Drafting emails and memos.
Drafting firm-wide alerts on current developments in federal income tax.
Assisting with firm-wide trainings in federal income tax.
Assisting with federal domestic tax due diligence in connection with M&A transactions.
4+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience (large law firm, large accounting firm, or IRS preferred).
J.D. and Tax LL.M.
Experience working with partnerships, S corporations, and/or C corporations.
Strong analytical and writing skills.
Proficiency with tax research databases (such as Bloomberg BNA and RIA Checkpoint).

In Minnesota and Illinois, the expected salary range is $110,000 to $170,000. For other locations, the range may vary based on market differences. Actual compensation depends on experience and other factors.
New York
In NYC and California, the expected salary range is $85,000 to $150,000, with actual compensation based on experience and market factors.
