Position Overview:

EisnerAmper is seeking a Manager to join our National Tax Office. We are looking for someone who thrives in a growing environment and provides exceptional services to clients. The role offers training, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement and growth.

Work Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze various federal income tax issues, including partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, timing issues, accounting methods, digital assets, and other matters.

• Assist with M&A tax structuring and internal restructuring.

• Draft emails and memos.

• Draft firm-wide alerts on current developments in federal income tax.

• Assist with firm-wide trainings in federal income tax.

• Assist with federal domestic tax due diligence related to M&A transactions.

Basic Qualifications:

• 4+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience (large law firm, large accounting firm, or IRS preferred).

• J.D. and Tax LL.M.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with partnerships, S corporations, and C corporations.

• Strong analytical and writing skills.

• Proficiency with tax research databases (e.g., Bloomberg BNA, RIA Checkpoint).

Salary Range:

For Minnesota and Illinois, the expected salary range is between $110,000 and $170,000. In other regions, the range may vary based on market differences. Actual compensation depends on experience and other factors.

For NYC and California, the expected salary range is between $85,000 and $150,000. The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other factors.
