EisnerAmper is seeking a Manager to join our National Tax Office. We are looking for someone who thrives in a growing environment while providing clients with exceptional services. This individual will receive training and mentorship, along with opportunities for advancement and growth.

Work you'll be responsible for:

• Research and analyze various federal income tax issues, including partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, timing issues, and accounting methods, digital assets, and other matters.

• Assist with M&A tax structuring and internal restructuring.

• Draft emails and memos.

• Draft firm-wide alerts on current developments in federal income tax.

• Assist with firm-wide trainings in federal income tax.

• Assist with federal domestic tax due diligence in connection with M&A transactions.

Basic Qualifications:

• 4+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience (large law firm, large accounting firm, or IRS preferred).

• J.D. and Tax LL.M.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with partnerships, S corporations, and/or C corporations.

• Strong analytical and writing skills.

• Proficiency with tax research databases (such as Bloomberg BNA and RIA Checkpoint).

Salary range for Minnesota and Illinois is $110,000 to $170,000; for other locations, it varies based on market. Final compensation depends on experience and other factors.

Preferred Location:

New York

For NYC and California, the expected salary range is between $85,000 and $150,000. The range in other regions varies based on market differences, and actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors.
