EisnerAmper is seeking a Manager to join our National Tax Office. We are looking for someone who thrives in a growing environment and provides clients with exceptional services. This individual will receive training and mentorship, along with opportunities for advancement and growth.
Research and analyze various federal income tax issues, including partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, timing issues, and digital assets.
Assist with M&A tax structuring and internal restructuring.
Draft emails and memos.
Draft firm-wide alerts on current developments in federal income tax.
Assist with firm-wide trainings in federal income tax.
Assist with federal domestic tax due diligence in connection with M&A transactions.
4+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience (large law firm, large accounting firm, or IRS preferred).
J.D. and Tax LL.M.
Experience working with partnerships, S corporations, and C corporations.
Strong analytical and writing skills.
Proficiency with tax research databases (such as Bloomberg BNA and RIA Checkpoint).

For Minnesota and Illinois, the expected salary range is between $110,000 and $170,000. For other locations, the range may vary based on market differences. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors.
For NYC and California, the expected salary range is between $85,000 and $150,000.
