EisnerAmper is seeking a Manager to join our National Tax Office. We are looking for someone who thrives in a growing environment, providing clients with exceptional services. The candidate will receive training, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement and growth.
Research and analyze various federal income tax issues, including partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, timing issues, accounting methods, digital assets, and other matters.
Assist with M&A tax structuring and internal restructuring.
Draft emails and memos.
Draft firm-wide alerts on current developments in federal income tax.
Assist with firm-wide trainings in federal income tax.
Assist with federal domestic tax due diligence in connection with M&A transactions.
4+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience (large law firm, large accounting firm, or IRS preferred).
J.D. and Tax LL.M.
Experience working with partnerships, S corporations, and C corporations.
Strong analytical and writing skills.
Proficiency with tax research databases (such as Bloomberg BNA and RIA Checkpoint).

Salary range in Minnesota and Illinois: $110,000 - $170,000. For other locations, salary varies based on market and experience.
New York
Expected salary range for NYC and California: $85,000 - $150,000. Actual compensation depends on experience and other factors.
