A leading company is seeking a Manager for their Medical Economics Team. This remote role involves overseeing team activities, managing relationships, and providing technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare data and strong leadership skills.
Job Summary: Manages and provides direct oversight of Medical Economics Team activities and personnel. Provides technical expertise and manages relationships with operational leaders and staff. Directs staff assigned to their projects. Maintains internal work plans as well as project work plans to meet trend reporting needs of the Marketplace (ACA Coverage) Team. Responsible for staff timekeeping, performance coaching, development, and career paths.
Interfaces and maintains positive interactions with Marketplace and Med Econ personnel.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
