WMG is home to a wide range of artists, musicians, and songwriters that fuel our success. That is why we are committed to creating a work environment that actively values, appreciates, and respects everyone. We encourage applications from people with a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences.

Consider a career at WMG and get the best of both worlds – an innovative global music company that retains the creative spirit of a nimble independent.

A little bit about our team:

Revolution is Warner Records’ distribution and artist development business, helping emerging artists grow their audiences and build lasting careers. We work across genres, combining a nimble and personal approach to artist development with the expertise and resources of Warner Records. Our team partners closely with artists and managers, bringing together marketing, viral, creative, and distribution support to help each project move forward.

Your role:

In this role, you’ll own campaigns for an assigned roster, leading new releases and sustaining momentum across the catalog. As the main day-to-day contact for artists and managers, you will translate their goals into clear plans and coordinate with internal and external partners to deliver on them. Additionally, you’ll manage timelines, budgets, and communication while bringing fresh ideas and solving problems as they arise. This exciting new role will have the opportunity to help shape a growing business and make a direct impact on the artists we support!

Here you’ll get to:

  • Own marketing strategy and campaign management for an assigned roster, from release planning through ongoing catalog development
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for artists and managers, building trust, managing expectations, and providing clear, timely updates
  • Partner with the viral team to develop campaign briefs, align on priorities, and coordinate execution, keeping artist feedback and campaign goals connected
  • Lead campaign meetings and maintain project plans across internal teams and external partners, assigning responsibilities, tracking deadlines, and following through on commitments
  • Manage release calendars and coordinate artwork, content, approvals, and distribution deadlines to ensure releases are delivered accurately and on time
  • Bring fresh, practical marketing ideas tailored to each artist’s identity, genre, and audience, adapting quickly when new opportunities emerge
  • Develop and manage campaign budgets, select and coordinate vendors, track spending, and recommend investment priorities in collaboration with leadership and Finance
  • Review streaming, social, and campaign performance to refine strategy, identify catalog opportunities, and turn results into clear next steps
  • Resolve day-to-day issues independently, anticipate delays, and keep leadership informed of key developments and decisions that need input

About you:

  • You have 2–4 years of relevant experience in marketing, campaign or project management, artist services, or a related field
  • You have strong organizational skills and a track record of managing multiple projects at once, with close attention to detail and consistent follow-through
  • You have excellent communication and relationship skills, with the ability to earn artists’ trust, lead productive conversations, and manage expectations
  • You are passionate about music across genres and understand how different artists, audiences, and fan communities call for different approaches
  • You have a strong understanding of TikTok, viral marketing, and how audiences discover and engage with music online
  • You enjoy developing original, resourceful ideas and turning them into practical plans with the teams responsible for execution
  • You enjoy taking ownership in a fast-paced environment, balancing changing priorities and solving problems with sound judgment
  • You have confidence working with campaign budgets and performance data to inform decisions

We’d love it if you also had:

  • Experience working with independent or emerging artists at a label, distributor, or management company
  • Experience coordinating campaigns with viral marketing teams, creative agencies, or external marketing partners
  • Familiarity with music analytics tools, release workflows, and project management platforms
