Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing the design, development, and delivery of comprehensive learning programs. Ensures effective administration and management of learning systems and processes. Leads and supports a team of Learning Administrators, Learning Developers, and Facilitators. Collaborates with organizational leaders to align learning initiatives with strategic goals. Drives continuous improvement in learning effectiveness and employee development. Ensures compliance with internal policies and external standards related to training and development. Provides strategic direction, guidance, and oversight to the Learning and Development team in the creation and implementation of programs and curricula, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and best practices.

Essential Functions
  • Leads the team in designing and managing the lifecycle of innovative learning programs to meet organizational needs, setting priorities and ensuring quality standards.
  • Oversees the development of curriculum and instructional materials by Learning Developers, providing feedback and ensuring alignment with diverse audience needs.
  • Guides and supports Facilitators in delivering engaging training sessions and workshops, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  • Oversees and optimizes administration of learning management systems and processes.
  • Evaluates program effectiveness and implements improvements, leveraging team input and data-driven insights.
  • Coordinates with stakeholders to ensure alignment of learning initiatives.
  • Monitors industry trends and integrates best practices into programs, empowering the team to innovate and adapt.
  • Addresses learner feedback and adapts programs to enhance engagement and impact, facilitating team collaboration in program refinement.
  • Prepares reports and communicates learning outcomes to leadership.
  • Manages, coaches, and develops Learning and Development team members, including Learning Administrators, Developers, and Facilitators—by providing coaching, feedback, and professional growth opportunities to ensure high-quality program development and delivery, continuous improvement, and alignment with organizational learning goals.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Education Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field

Experience Requirement

4-5 years of experience in human resources, business administration, or a relevant area. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
