The position requires coordinating Ada U, assessments, curricula, and development pathways, with a focus on continuous improvement and staff development in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, training and development, organizational leadership, public health, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, implement and evaluate organizational training and leadership development initiatives.
• Oversee Ada U Leadership Academy and leadership development pathways across the organization.
• Coordinate intern programs, assessments, and development plans.
• Support learning objectives, curricula, schedules, and progress tracking.
