As the Manager of Integrated Marketing, you will play a key role within the CBS Stations Sales and Marketing team! Your primary responsibility will be to support the execution of integrated marketing strategies, collaborating closely with the marketing team and cross-functional departments to deliver unique sponsorship opportunities across our Linear and Streaming inventory and integrations.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Marketing Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to align with the overall marketing strategy set by the Director of Integrated Marketing.
  • Sponsorship Development Support: Assist in the creation of compelling sponsorship packages tailored to meet advertisers' objectives.
  • Client Engagement: Building and managing relationships with key clients and agencies and providing excellent customer service.
  • Campaign Management Support: Provide support in daily activities related to campaigns to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Coordinated Efforts: Work adjacent with the marketing team, Local Ad Sales team and Television stations to ensure seamless integration of sponsorships within Linear and Streaming content.
  • Creative Content Review: Contribute to creative content review and provide feedback to ensure all marketing materials align with the company's brand and messaging.
  • Performance Analysis: Assist in monitoring campaign performance, gathering data insights, and preparing reports to evaluate efficiency and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Industry Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing opportunities to share valuable insights.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related roles, with exposure to integrated marketing within the media industry being a plus.
  • Coordinated Approach: Strong teammate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams or equivalent experience.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of integrated marketing strategies, advertising, and sponsorships, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
  • Customer-Focused: Approach that centers on the customer, with a passion for providing outstanding client experiences and encouraging lasting relationships.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Analytical Abilities: Basic data analysis skills to capture insights and assist in data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to provide innovative ideas and concepts to improve promotional efforts and achieve significant outcomes.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $95,000.00 - 110,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.This position is bonus eligible.
